Our PTO is an essential part of the school community, organizing events, supporting teachers, and fundraising for school programs. By joining the PTO, you’ll have the chance to connect with other families, stay informed about school activities, and make your voice heard on key school issues. Together, we can make a positive impact on our students’ lives.
Volunteer Information
Volunteers play such an invaluable role in our schools and we are incredibly grateful for the time, care, and support our volunteers provide.
Updated California laws and board policy require volunteers who work regularly with students to complete Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting training and obtain fingerprint clearance. These requirements support student safety and ensure volunteers are appropriately trained and screened. While these requirements are established by state law, we are committed to making the volunteer clearance process as simple, efficient, and user-friendly as possible. To this end, this year we are utilizing the online Raptor Volunteer Management System where you can find all the required information, enter your information, access and upload required documents, and track your progress towards clearance. Volunteers may continue helping in classrooms through September 30th and by that date should have completed all requirements.
